Ground floor rooms are great for pets. No carpet which is great and it doesn't feel like they're giving you the worst room in the building just because you have a pet.

I found roaches in my room, and we expected a pool based on the pictures, but the pool and hot tub were out of service, and there weren't enough tables for breakfast!

Floors barely clean, even after turns. Shows pool pictures in the add, but there is no pool or a hot-tub, breakfast very poor and last long few mins not enough refill, we found croakcraches in our room and after telling the front desk we didn't got any room changes, very disappointing overall

Our room was clean and spacious. But the hotel can do better cleaning common areas of the property. The lobby had an unpleasant smell when we checked in. The walls were thin and at past 10pm we can hear all kinds of conversations outside the room and through the walls. The man who checked us in was friendly and welcoming, the staff in the morning in the hallways and breakfast nook were not.

Stained towels, dirty washrooms, always had to call to remind to leave 4 towels not 2 as 4 of us were staying. A/C is working but super noisy and if you leave it for a longer time, it melts. And the pool project that no one even touched for a very long time. Breakfast is okaish with the same thing over and over again, not even a slight change. Overall 1,5 out of 5 I would say.

It's an older motel in need of a sprucing up. The air conditioner stopped working and a staff member had to come to the room to restart it, as the buttons on the control pad had worn off. The A/C was noisy, so it was turned off at bedtime. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The staff was helpful. Good for our one-night stay.
