Though they do not speak much English, we made it work. They were very nice and accommodating, providing a hair dryer and wi-if. It’s a nice, clean, European hotel. The restaurant meal was excellent as well. They also helped obtain a taxi when I had to leave before the office opened in the morning.

Pas d’eau dans la douche

Je n’avais pas d’eau dans ma douche et quand je les ai appelĂ© pour demander une solution, on m’a dit « est ce que vous avez absolument besoin de prendre une douche? » j’ai rĂ©pondu oui, mais comme j’avais un train Ă  prendre j’ai du partir de l’hĂŽtel avant une solution. La chambre pas trĂšs propre avec des araignĂ©es Ă©crasĂ© sur le mur

Mysigt och fint hotell pÄ torget i Verneuil. Vi uppskattade nÀrheten till flera restauranger och att promenera runt i de gamla kvarteren. Vi hade ett comfortrum med bra storlek och möbler, och med trevlig utsikt över torget och en liten balkong. Ok frukost. Personalen var trevlig men dÄlig pÄ engelska, vilket hade underlÀttat. Vi rekommenderar detta hotell.

Triste Saumon

A mon arrivée à l'hÎtel à 20h30 je constate que la porte est close. Je sors mon reçu pour trouver un numéro de téléphone. Pas de numéro de téléphone. Je finis par trouver un avis d'appel téléphonique et un SMS sur mon portable. Il est maladroit d'essayer de joindre ainsi un client car il est vraisemblablement en voiture et ne peut donc utiliser son portable. C'était mon cas. J'ouvre donc la boßte à clef set je cherche la clé n°18 (c'est le numéro de ma chambre). Pas de clé n°18. Je comprendrai aprÚs coup que toutes ces clés sont identiques et ouvrent le portail. Ce que vous devriez faire : prévenir vos clients. Par exemple "si vous arrivez aprÚs 19h, les instructions d'accÚs vous seront transmises par SMS". Ces petits désagréments sont pénibles quand on vient de faire des heures de trajet. Il n'y a personne dans cet hÎtel désert, on sent que la réduction des coûts passe avant le soin des clients.. Si c'est pour avoir affaire à une boßte à clef, la prochaine fois je prendrai un RBNB ça me coûtera moins cher.

Hotel bien placĂ© au coeur de Ville. Veillissant mais propre. Petits dĂ©jeuners buffet chers 31 € pour 2 , heureusement avec du choix, et de beaux produits de qualitĂ© Attention au parking, si vous y passez la nuit en veille de marchĂ© !
