My wife and I am stayed at America's Best Value INN Roosevelt Balard 2203 East Highway 40, Roosevelt, UT, 84066 United States of America. My wife and I checked in on Thursday 2/26/26 and our room was not made up until Sunday 3/1/26 after we complained. Trash needed to be emptied and we needed new towels. I went to the office to complain that no one has tended to our room for 2 days and that we needed fresh towels. The woman in the office gave me clean towels and said our room would be made up on Sunday 3/1/26. My wife went into the office to complain on Sunday that the room still was not made up since check-in and the woman in the office told that there isn’t housekeeping everyday, and when my wife asked about why it has never been made up, she was told that we could go stay somewhere else.
Bed was disgusting.

I decided to give this place a try, and I wish I didn't. The outside was absolutely filthy! There was broken eggs on the stairs and sidewalk that had obviously been there for several days. There was cigarette butts everywhere. There wasn't a proper seal under the door and it let lots of cold air in, which caused the noisy heater to kick on and off all night long. The door didn't close well and the only way to get a closed was to slam it loudly. And make him obvious that the place was filled with roughneck workers (which I have no problem with) but they all went out at 4:00 or 4:30 in the morning and started they're loud diesel pickups and let them run for 20 minutes before they left for work. The room did very little to block out the noise. The bed was not bad at all, because of all of the noise it was not a good night's sleep. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. They had some hard-boiled eggs, which I usually really like, which none of the four of us could even stomach to eat. It was just weird
