Seahaven Escape - 100m beach

Location, Location, Location!

100m stroll to the beach, this small older style 2 bedroom house is ideally situated within the quiet streets of Ventnor. Seahaven Escape is positioned behind a large grassy foreshore which expands onto a safe swimming beach and walking distance to Phillip Island’s only all day dog friendly beach (year round). You can throw a frisbee, fly a kite, swim, kayak or simply take in the wildlife.

Phillip Islands major attractions are all within a 5-10 minute drive. Whether it's visiting the famous fairy penguins, the thrill of the Phillip Island Circuit, numerous surf beaches, kids activities or simply shopping and dining in Cowes, everything Phillip island has to offer is all within close proximity.

Our two storey house is set back on a large block featuring a gazebo, small fully secured backyard and a narrow lockable garage (to fit motorbikes only). Downstairs comprises of an entrance area, combined bathroom, toilet, laundry and a large open room/bedroom - an ideal hangout for the kids. This room features a TV, DVD, *Wii console, movies, games and toys. Bedding consists of 1 x set of single bunks, 1 x trio bunk - double with single above and a sofa/futon bed. A portacot and baby chair are also available.
*please bring 4 x AA batteries if using the Wii console as there is no guarantee of batteries, unfortunately they run flat and/or go missing including rechargeable batteries so we have stopped suppling. Sorry

Additional guests can be accommodated in a separate set of single bunks located within the entrance hall opposite the bathroom/toilet/laundry. A second fridge is located downstairs to accommodate for extra food or drinks.

Upstairs features modern open plan living alongside the main (parents) bedroom. Whether you're entertaining friends, relaxing with family or having a romantic night in, this space is ideal. The galley kitchen features electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, Aldi K-free wave coffee pod machine (BYO your preferred Aldi Expressi coffee pod flavours), full size fridge, fully equipped kitchen - everything to cook a gourmet meal. The lounge features comfortable couches with a 65 inch flat screen TV, DVD and main dining area. Two sliding doors from the lounge and dining area open out onto a large outside undercover balcony offering sea views and an outdoor BBQ. The outside entertaining area can be used all year round and in all weather conditions making it the ideal spot to relax and chill out with your favourite book, tunes or glass of wine.

Guests also have access to an outdoor shower (hot and cold water) to wash off sand after a day at the beach. We have table tennis, outdoor basketball ring, 4 x adult bikes, kids balance bike and scooter (BYO all helmets), kids toys, books, beach and sporting equipment all for your enjoyment. Dog food bowls are also provided.

Dog owners have access to a large open front yard, grassy foreshore and beaches within walking distance. A doggie door to allow your furry friend to come and go as they please and a fully enclosed back yard. We do request pet owners to be responsible and clean up after their pets inside and outside. No animals allowed on beds or furniture, including outdoor furniture. We also request that pet owners vacuum any excessive pet hair prior to leaving. If additional cleaning is required an additional pet cleaning fee of up to $150 may be charged.

With split system (heating and cooling) upstairs and downstairs and electric heating in all other areas, Seahaven Escape is an all season vacation.

BYO linen and towels. Bedding - doona, quilt and pillow covers are supplied. Alternatively linen and towels can be provided for an additional fee - $25 per person per stay.

Seahaven Escape is a non smoking house. Any smokers - outside please!

Seahaven Escape is great for families, couples, a group of friends and of course your pets!

We ask that you kindly leave the house as tidy as possible as this greatly assists with cleaning the property for the new guests. Delayed check outs inconvenience both our cleaners and incoming guests and therefore any late check outs past their designated time could incur a $70 late fee. Any excess rubbish needs to be advised and an additional bin collection fee of $50 per bin paid if required.
