Very nice Hotel

The food in the restaurant was very good. The staff where very friendly and the service was excellent. Being on the outside of Venray easy access to the main highway.

Great Customer Service

Had an issue with my room where the air con had a slow drip. Spoke to the receptionist, who advised the maintenance was not available so if I wanted to change the room. Was happy to do so and actually gave me a better room than I had. Great customer service! The original room did look a bit run down whereas the new room looked new and well kitted out.

Ok hotel

Rooms need an upgrade Asked for an iron and was told to come get it . Tried to book a wake up call , was told no and that I should set an alarm on my phone. Simple things that can make a difference
