Sausalito South- Spacious, Comfortable, and Clean Houseboat

The “Sausalito South” was recently renovated and is a larger than normal houseboat located on dock C in Venice Marina, with lots of room to tie up your own boats or have your charter pick you up on the back dock. 6 bedrooms with 5 full sized beds and two full sized bunks sleeps 9 comfortably. A larger bar with ice maker and a full kitchen and living area make this a great place to stay while in Venice Marina. Additional small commercial ice maker makes ice fast and stays cold.
NOTE: Upon delivery of two more full sized bunk beds, Sausalito South will sleep 12.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 6 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
