This place is a wow!! We arrived via private taxi (arranged by Jane) to the front doors of this luxury 4 bedroom home. My young adult children were even impressed. Jane and Michael make you feel at home, offer to help you with your stay and were there for us when we needed them.The home is close to almost everything. We walked to most things but used the Ostedale taxi stop to get to islands and the the train station on the way home The beds great for us, the location in a bit of a quieter, less busy part of the city, the balcony and canal quite lovelyThe master bath was something I’ve never seen before so nicely laid out and the rain shower just perfect. The kitchen was nicely stocked and while I didn’t notice it when I booked having a washer and dryer came in handy

This is a beautiful apartment in a quiet area. Our group of 8 adults shared three happy days there in October. Our host was attentive, arranging water taxis from the airport.A few issues: we were told there were 12 steps up to the apartment (there is no elevator) but it is more like 30. We had heavy luggage and three in our group walk with canes so it is important to keep this in mind. Also, 4 adults needed to share one bathroom where there are no hooks for wet towels, perhaps something can be added in the bedrooms. A microwave would be a welcome addition since we bought back leftovers from the delicious restaurants in the area. A special place, amazing artwork, luxurious bed linens and a balcony overlooking the canal. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home! We found it to be in a great location. It was in an area with multiple cafe’s and restaurants. It was close to a square with a hospital, a wonderful hospital museum and a spectacular church! Walk along a road and thru an alley and you are at the water to take a Vaparetto which can bring you almost everywhere in Venice. The home was comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the duvets were like sleeping under a cloud. Very well equipped kitchen, everything you could possibly want. A coffeemaker but we couldn’t find the filters and found a store with them the last night. No big deal we just enjoyed coffee shops. There is a coffee shop (Rosa Salva) beside a gelateria in the square with probably the best pastries I had in Venice! Host was always available to answer questions. There was a balcony overlooking the canal that a was great. I highly recommend this home!

We were a group of eight adults and had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spacious and well-designed, offering both comfortable common areas and nicely arranged bedrooms and bathrooms. This was amazing place to stay in for our 5th trip to Italy. The property was laid out perfectly for our large group and we had common space as well as perfectly laid out bedrooms and bathrooms. Our host Jane and her son Michael were incredibly helpful throughout our trip-especially patient in view of a few hiccups with planes and train issues. Castello is incredibly quiet-local and added to the overall experience.

This apartment was perfect for our visit. Location was central. Host arranged water taxi for our pickup. Hosts son Michael acted as private tour guide for Murano and Burano, which was awesome. The apartment was gorgeous and spacious and had everything we needed. Balacony right over canal. Osperdale vaporetta stop within 15 min walk. Coop grocery store within 15 min walk. Multiple restaurants available within 10-15 walk. Great host communication and helpful with local info. Would highly recommend choosing this accommodation.

Pure amazement!Apartment was beyond all expectations and left us in awe! It screams Venice, Italy and history, the attention to every tiny detail, design and comfort was beyond any we could have wanted! Jane is an amazing host who made our stay wonderful and helped us with taxi bookings as well. I know I will be dreaming of Muazzo palace for years! Cannot recommend it more! It’s fully stocked with all the amenities, dishes, cookware and linens for at least 8 people. Added perk was a water dispenser in the fridge. Location is quiet but close to everything. Train station is 30 mins walk so grab a taxi if you have luggage. Vaporetto stop is 3 mins away so is a grocery store. And a balcony with canal view made it quintessentially Venice. book it! You will not be disappointed!

Located near enough to tourist areas but far enough away from crowds. The apartment was perfect with lots of space, great air conditioning and wonderful art. The host had left us some first day supplies and helped with transportation. Recommendations for restaurants were great. We would pick this place again and again.

Amazing Stay

Our family of 3 adults and 2 children (ages 5 and 7) had a wonderful stay. The apartment is enormous and can accommodate many more people than we had. There was so much space to enjoy relaxing after a long day exploring Venice! The host provided some essentials in the kitchen including some snacks/breakfast food that was greatly appreciated. They coordinated our water taxi upon arrival and departure and we were able to get private service up to the building, saving us so much time and effort, it was perfect with the little ones. The host also offered to coordinate a trip to Murano, however we opted to do this on our own.It was a wonderful stay and the balcony was great to just look out and see the canals and feel the weather each morning! We’d love to return one day!

Very nicely renovated historical property. Ideal for multiple couples or large family. Close enough to major tourist centers but quiet and off the beaten path at the same time. Luigi, the owner was the best. A 5* host who always delivered on anything he promised. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Jane and her husband Luigi were nice hosts greeting us and helpful with booking transportations (water taxi). The property location is good. The property has high-end appliances but lacks maintenance. Cleanliness of the property can be improved. There were some stains on towel and beddings. Bathroom (drawers, showers etc) are also not thoroughly cleaned. Regardless, it was a decent stay overall.

Amazing Palazzo

The owners have gone all out with their renovations. Exceptional value! Recommend at least 3 full day minimum. Luigi and Jane coordinated our water taxi to and from the train station to their water gate right at the property courtyard entrance. Perfect stay for three couples. We think Venice is the most amazing city in Europe.
