What an amazing stay for our first trip to Europe. The staff are all so nice and helpful. I was concerned about the language barrier but all the staff spoke fluent English which was a great relief. Every single staff member, particularly the lady at the front who also prepares breakfast every morning, was beyond AMAZING! They made my very first trip in Italy one and only and unforgettable. And I would happily leave five stars on breakfast; pastries, croissants, protein, fruits, and lovely cappuccino she makes for us were all so so good! I am so glad I decided to stay at this wonderful hotel and will definitely come back here next time visiting Venice again!!

It was an absolutely lovely stay. My room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I had a little bit of a hard time finding the hotel as it's on a little street off of the Piazza and google was showing it on the Piazza. It is close to everything but away from the crowds. Lots of good food options close by. All in all a wonderful stay.

In a good location, everything that you would want to do is in perfect walkable distance. Even the places that are further away, it really doesn’t feel all that long while you’re walking through Venice.

The Staff was Professional, friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful - went above and beyond. I felt very safe and comfortable in the Hotel and surrounding areas. Wonderful hotel centrally located.

Loved this hotel. It’s in a great neighborhood tucked away from the bustling main shopping strips. The decor was relaxing, pristine in cleanliness. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was tasty with a wide offering. I only wish they answered messages through hotel.com within 24 hrs. I had to message multiple times before I got a reply and no one answered when I called. It would also be helpful for a first time traveler be told what stop on the Vaporetto is best to reach the hotel. Despite I still would stay here again and will recommend to friends.

No card lock for main door (yet)

Rooms are very nicely designed. There is no desk or other surface to place a laptop (and therefore no chair) - perhaps not a deal killer, but important to know. A big problem is the lack of a card lock to the main door of the hotel (work in progress). When the receptionist runs an errand, you will be waiting in front of a "back soon" sign. Staff shrugged off this concern.
