My friend and I were studying for a month, and we loved our stay. Amazing help from Simonetta. They even got us a safe when we asked. Room is small for as long as we stayed but it worked GREAT and was priced amazing. Quick 20 min bus to Venice downtown and Pizzalonga nearby was great! I would absolutely recommend this place for 2 people, but not more.

We are very satisfied with our stay , the location is quiet and accessible to transit, especially going to Venice. Our host Simonetta is very helpful and kind and her spouse drove us to the airport . Greatly recommended!

Comforting start to our time in Italy!

Simonetta met us at the studio and it was very comforting to have her living next door, explain transportation from the airport, to and from Venice, and the train station. She was a great resource to us as we acclimated to the area. The studio was clean, had everything we needed and a safe location. It is a 20-30 minute ride into Venice but we didn’t mind. We rode both the bus and tram. The bus was faster but more crowded. I would stay again and highly recommend!

Amazing Host!!

This place is nice, clean, and very comfortable. As first time international travelers to Europe we had a lot of anxiety about how to get around and with not speaking the local language and all it was a bit overwhelming prior to making contact with our host. Once we booked and made contact the anxiety started to melt away. Our host was so helpful. She helped us know how to get from our cruise port to the vrbo and even offered to come pick us up for less than the cost of a taxi. Once we were at the vrbo she continued to be supportive. At the vrbo there was a home manual with pages of helpful information on anything that you needed to know during your stay. Things like restaurants and which bus lines to take to get into venice and much more. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again. The upstairs unit we stayed in was very comfortable with air conditioning and it was always nice to come back 'home' from being out exploring the area. The pictures on the listing dont do it justice. Its much nicer in person.

Lovely apartment

Simonette and her husband were great hosts. The apartment was extremely clean and air conditioned. Transportation(bus & tram)was easy to use and close to the apartment. It's about a 25 minute ride to Venice. I highly recommended staying here.

Friendly hosts and wonderful location

The property was clean and pleasant. The hosts were very helpful and very informative. We loved the location with gift shops and bakeries within walking distance. the bus was just 2 blocks away. We had a great time!

Stay in Venice

We had a great stay here, it was a nice cozy place outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. The bus was a short walk around the corner and took 30 mins to get into Venice. We had an issue during our stay and it was taken care of very quickly. Simonetta was very attentive and responsive for all questions we had.

Home away from home

Simonetta's place gave us a real sense of home away from home. It was comfortable and clean and provided all the key things you would want. Being close to the bus and tram made it really convenient. We also loved the gelato place just round the corner. Thankyou Simonetta for b wonderful host.

Nice apartment

The owners met us as we drove up and helped us check in. They stayed and answered our questions on visiting Venice for the first time. Easy bus ride into Venice. Apartment newly remodeled and very comfortable. We recommend staying here.

Beautiful flat in Mestre

This was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Venice. Quick bus/tram ride from Venice. Super easy to get into the apartment. Huge bathroom, decent kitchen, decent bed. Only thing I would add is a mattress pad and some extra pillows/blankets. It is a split king mattress and you can tell. The host is super responsive and helpful. Absolutely will stay here again.

Pleasant stay, ideal apartment for two!

We stayed for a week and were very satisfied with the apartment. Some highlights: - the host, Simonetta, was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with info about local festivities and assisted us with finding our way around the public transport system. - the apartment was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The provided pictures represent it well. - the location is about half an hour by tram from Venice. The tram stop is right around the corner. We booked a 7-day pass for public transportation from Venezia Unica, which is valid for the Mestre tram lines as well as all of the Vaporetto boat lines in Venice, so this was convenient. Highly recommended!

Hidden treasure

We loved our accommodations with newly updated comfortable apartment in home. Simonetta was very helpful with navigation and finding the location off the Venice island. 20-25min bus ride from the busy city center in quiet safe neighborhood. We wished we could stay longer! If you want some thing away from the busyness to have some quiet time after this is the best place to stay. Still has places to eat nearby with supermarket in walking distance. Hosts are amazing and extremely helpful navigating the area. Would stay there again if we return!
