Very close to St. Mark's Basilica, and yet worlds away, Charming House IQs is a lovely apartment to stay in when visiting Venice. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to arrange arrival and departure, and helpful with suggestions. The apartment's furnishings are a little dated, but still very clean and comfortable.

The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,

Great stay from beginning to end. The apartment was clean and spacious, easily accommodating two adults and a teenager. Perfectly situated on a quiet square, it's a quick walk (less than 10 minutes) to St. Mark's and the Rialto Bridge. Katia, the property manager, reached out days before our arrival to see if she could help arrange transport from the train station. We took her up on that, and she arranged a private water taxi that took us directly to the apartment, where she greeted us at the gate. She is not on the property at all times but came back the following day when we locked our keys inside the apartment! She also arranged our transport -- another water taxi -- to the airport.

Host was great with communication including arranging water taxi from airport and then to train station to depart. Great location with a short walk to St Mark's square but far enough away it was kind of quiet. Was plenty of space for 5 of us. Was fun to be able to stand and watch the gondola's float by from the main living area.

The apartment was incredibly comfortable. The air, the wifi, the beds, all A quality!! The check in process was easy and the staff were super helpful. Rooms separate with a door which was great! Convenient to all shops and restaurants. You can catch a water taxi right outside the door! Beautiful.

Becoming Venetian for a couple of days!

Beautiful stay in Venice

We had a great stay at the Charming House iQs. Alexa was so welcoming and arranged a water taxi for us to reach the property and to get back to the airport at the conclusion of our trip. She had some maps ready to help us navigate the city and gave us a list of restaurants and other notable locations to see during our stay.

Highly recommended- perfect location!

Spacious, private apartments in a beautiful setting right on the canal and close to everything you need in Venice. The pictures on their website are accurate. Alexa is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and takes you in like a family member to make your holiday as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. And most importantly, KLM lost our suitcases when we arrived in Venice and Alexa and Tania went above and beyond in getting them to our room including calling the airport, lost luggage and the delivery service, waiting on the phone line, and ensuring we got our bags, which we finally did. They kept us up to date the whole time via WhatsApp. We were able to relax and enjoy Venice while they took care of those needs. Would absolutely recommend and will absolute return.

We staying at Charming House for only 1 night, but Alexa couldn't have been more kind and welcoming to us. She allowed us to drop all our luggage off with her hours before the apartment was ready so we could leave on a boat tour. She really took her time with us to give us some helpful tips on where to go in the area. We really appreciated this extra gesture. My family loved the apartment - it's right in the heart of Venice. You can look out a window and watch gondolas go by and people walking about. You can also close all the windows and shades and have some peace and quiet. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Lovely place and we hope to come back again for a longer stay!

Amazing apartment on canal

Amazing apartment right on canal. Very clean and comfortable. Alexa and staff were very friendly and informative. In quiet section so not too much outside noise. But just by walking about 50 meters you reach open area with restaurants.
