Not great sorry

Stayed in a ‘suite’ wasn’t worth the money. Not enough plugs, no plugs near the kettle so that had to go on the floor. Not extras as advertised with a suite. Damp in the room. Not sound proof as advertised. Asking for the room to have three beds was too much effort for the staff. Stayed in cheaper better hotels earlier in the week, really disappointed.

We arrived and our hotel room had a broken lock and the floor was flooded. They had no other rooms available and they stated they would refund me for both nights but I had to email them. I have emailed multiple times and have not received a single reply. As a pregnant woman, there was no way for me to stay in a room with a flooded/soaked and possibly mold. Very dissatisfied and do not recommend anyone stay here.

This properly was not as shown on their website. Family room was a small room with one chair, covered with a blanket. There was no bidet, no ammenaties, no tissue, only liquid soap/shampoo in one, no face cloth, no bath mat. The curtains were falling off track, dirty entrance, although surface area clean. I do not recommend.

The location is ok and so is the room size. But the bathroom is tiny. The whole hotel is also very dated. Staff were nice, and it is clean, but i dont think it's worth the price.

My flight was due to land at 21:00, but was delayed so I reached the hotel out of hours. I had been provided with details to check in myself but none of them worked. I was left outside, where I could see a key box but none of the emergency numbers were answered. at 02:00 I had to walk Venice looking for an alternative hotel, which I found through luck. I paid more for my first night and though the hotel agreed to refund my first night, I am out of pocket. Once checked in the next day, the hotel was great, very easy and convenient and staff were great. It was just the really poor check in that was a dissapointment. If you are checking in in standard hours, this is a good option. I would need a lot of reassurance regarding checking in after 10pm.
