The staff were very friendly. Its not in the center of Venice, its close to the railway station, but quite an easy walk to the center. Theres good restaurants nearby, (remember to make reservations to avoid dissapointment, some are very popular). I will stay again next visit.

We stayed our first night in November when we arrived in Venice on a flight from Canada. We walked from the bus station, the distance was fine with our rollable luggage. Clean room and very accommodating for a party of 3, we had 3 individual small beds. A nice breakfast was served in the back garden. A little chilly but a nice and different experience! We had the piece of mind to leave our luggage at the reception area all day before we departed from Venice in the evening. The staff was always very kind, helpful and accommodating . I would recommend without hesitation! Thank you for wonderful stay!

Pigeons swoop around courtyard where breakfast is served and pick at food. Tablecloths come with a side of pigeon poo. Our room was outside main building with a gate lock that was very difficult to open (self admitted as we were being shown to the room by the hotelier)

The hotel is a good option if you wish to economize your stay in Venice. It is a bit difficult to find walking, but there is a water taxi that stops very close. The room was small, as one should expect. The experience was above par for an economical accommodation. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! Nicolo (sp) went out of his way and escorted us to the water taxi on our departure, to assure we caught the right one. The daily breakfast, served in the courtyard, was wonderful!

Lovely host, gave us lots of information. As well- we needed to leave very early for our flight, so he provided a small breakfast in our room the night before. Property is a historical building , 17th century. Rooms are clean and modest. This hotel provides basic accommodation when staying in Venice Island. Close to/from the Aliaguna to airport (Orange line) and also Vaporetto to other parts of Venice.
