Surrounded by secular olive groves and corn fields, La Masseria is situated in Contrada San Leonardo in Vasto.
It is surrounded by a unique landscape, located in the immidiate neighbourhood of the mountains of Abruzzo and the most famouse seaside resorts. The skyblue colour, recreating the original colour of the eighteenth-century, found on an ancient brick recovered during the excavations, will delight the scenery suiting perfectly the shades of the sky and yellow corn fields.
La Loggia is a residence located on the first floor of the structure. It is on two levels, crossing the garden shared with the adjacent apartments, we find ourselves in front of an external staircase that takes us to the first floor of the building. Entering the house we find ourselves in a magnificent living room with an equipped kitchen, at the end a splendid loggia furnished with a table and sitting area where it is possible to eat outside in complete tranquility. On the upper floor there are two king size bedrooms, an open space bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom.
