Horrible service we booked two premium twin beds, and they did not have the rooms ready even though we got to the hotel just after 17.30. And we were taken up and down the floors for 35 /40 mins to give us the room. As the rooms were not even ready and they kept showing us different rooms which we did not even book. And they have no sense of customer service. When asked for a manager one min, the guy said he was downstairs, and when I went down and asked, he said he had gone out. There was one of the guys who called himself right-hand of MD is the rudest person here acts like he is owner of the place. They woke my dad and son up at 4am ringing the bell for room service. When asked in the morning they said it was a mistake. They have no curtains the door in any rooms, so you have sleep with outside lights neither is there any privacy if you have to change clothes you have to do so in bathroom which is like a puddle full of water once you shower. The beds dunk you in as the beds are spring mattresses. And the main door made horrible loud noise.. would never recommend this hotel to anybody.

Hotel was little away from ghat and it was peaceful stay .. hotel staff was helpful .. hotel food was excellent..
