The hotel is old, the rooms and furniture is old and I see remodelling signs but I think it is only the lobby. We got the penthouse and the space was great but again, all old furniture- although clean. Great view. I did love the robes and the slippers they provided.

There is no pool or hot tub. There was a fire and i had to be changed rooms. I paid to stay in the penthouse and was not put there at sll, only got a standard room and it was unsatisfactory

Check in was super easy and fast. The individual who checked us in was so friendly and went above and beyond. She even called the room 30min after we checked in to make sure everything was to my liking. And brought us extra blankets and pillows that evening as well as my daughter who was cold. I will definitely be making this my go to every time I'm in Surrey. Room was updated and very clean.

Parking was secure. Kitchen was fully equipped. Room was very spacious. The only complaint was there was very little water pressure in the shower. We were on the top (penthouse) floor so that might have had something to do with it.
