I stayed in a beautiful one bedroom signature suite which had everything one needed to feel at home for a week. The kitchen was well equipped and I liked the spacious living area. Although the bathroom was small, with a shower over the bath, it was clean and had good amenities. The air conditioning system was very efficient, something which makes a difference when it’s warm. The hotel felt like a haven from the bustling city. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the gym and the outdoor pool. Overall a very memorable stay.

I booked this property based on all the reviews. The property did not disappoint. We arrived early after disembarking from our cruise, with the hope to store our luggage. We didn’t expect to check in so early. We were greeted immediately, received assistance with our luggage and felt welcome. The front desk employee apologized for us not being able to check in, which we weren’t expecting. She offered us a voucher to go to the restaurant and have coffee or tea. We took her up on this offer and went and had a glass of iced tea. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. Once we finished, we planned to walk around town. As we walked through the lobby, we were stopped and told our room was ready and our luggage had already been delivered to our room. The room was clean and modern. Every time time we left the hotel we were greeted by the front desk staff and the doorman. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful hotel, exceptional and friendly service. Shout out to Natalia who was beyond gracious and welcoming! Big and well appointed bathroom was lovely to have. The only complaint would be to have a voice of pillows. The ones available were too firm and thick.

Our Signature 1 Bedroom Suite was a great home for our Vancouver trip. Full high end Kitchen, comfortable room, seating options and a separate sting room/den from the living room. The boutique Hitel is also very nice, with good staff, amenities and quiet guest sitting areas. I’d recommend it.

The location and staff are very good. The hotel is in dire need of updating. Bathrooms are old. It’s either a bath or rain shower. Pillows are uncomfortable. Worn and musty carpets in room. An average hotel at above average rates.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff does a tremendous job of providing a warm, friendly and professional environment. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is wonderful. When we take our next trip to Vancouver, this is where we plan to stay.
