Bed was incredibly comfortable. Room was spotless and had every amenity I could want. Spa, sauna and hot tub were also spotless and well maintained. None of the above compare to the exemplary service we received. With 1,000s of stays all over this world, I can state that this was the best service I have ever received. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Vancouver.

Great location. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed pool, patio and hot tub. Excellent service. Possible improvements ... Would have preferred more fruit options at breakfast (but that may be a European thing?). Containers of shampoo, conditioner products etc were fiddly, with narrow openings and difficult to get product out of them. Information note on 'how to operate air-conditioning' would have been helpful ... (but again maybe personal, that's because we don't have so much aircon in UK)
