The room was great. But the pool was closed last minute due to some maintenance issues. We booked that hotel because they have a pool, for my daughter's birthday. Also, one of the employees dropped a pair of tongs on my toes while i was getting breakfast in their breakfast room. It would have been fine if i wasn't wearing sandals. But i was and it hurt!

The room is clean but the thing is , the staff are so loud at 8;00 am in the main floor. Bacuming the hallway which is very early to do that and talk very loud that woke up us.

I stay at this hotel quite frequently and the room during this visit was not to the normal standard. The heat was not working(maintenance came quickly and eventually got it to work but the thermostat continued to go to a fault status), the chair at the desk remained at the lowest setting, both sets of wall mounted soaps were not installed correctly and they fell out onto counter and into shower, the roller blind had issues and would not fully deploy. It seemed like this room was a dud and I’m not sure why it hasn’t received some attention. Management was made aware.
