We enjoyed our ski trip to Vancouver and the location of this apartment. Check in with the electronic lock was not self-explanatory and proved a bit confusing. We finally figured it out after trying to reach Kevin and 20 minutes later we finally got into the unit. My wife was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The shower had mold/mildew stains and there were countless scuffs and marks. I’ve attached some photos of what we found upon check in. Toilet paper under our bed. We had to request extra towels since only 3 towels were provided for 3 people for a one week stay. The wine fridge was nice but did not work which seemed weird to have a non working wine fridge. Kevin did arrange for someone to come back and clean the apartment again. My wife wanted to leave and check in at The Fairmont but we knew we wouldn’t get our money back. I think this was slightly overvalued for what we got. The pool an hot tub were quite nice in the common area.
