Though i had requested a downstairs room when making reservations due to traveling with dogs, I was assigned a 3rd floor room. I didn't think I had a choice, but decided to make further inquiries after having dinner. After returning from dinner, staff checked for me and did find a downstairs room available and made the switch for me. It was much appreciated!! There were a lot of dog waste stations/poop bags available, and though I did encounter others walking dogs there, I never once found one stray dog poop, which was much appreciated. Also, there was sufficient lighting and a long loop to walk around the building, so I felt comfortable doing so after dark. I had to check out in the very early morning hours, and unfortunately staff was away from the desk. It was not clear how to gain their attention, but the person walking in early to their shift did not bat an eye about helping me even before she got to settle into her work day, and I very much appreciated that.

The room we stayed in was extremely clean, organized, with kitchenette. Well lit large room. Staff was present even after 12am, when we reached. There is no breakfast service but you can cook in the kitchen.
