VAN City- Winter

Dear All i write some point from my experience on winter stay: - hotel is in downtown and you have access to all stores and malls - hotel dont have air conditioner (for summer traveler) - check the rate by other hotels and specially on TL currency. -For Iranian Traveler its better to change on border NOT in Van city. - staff are charming but cant speak English.

Excellent value for money! After a couple of weeks on crappy mattresses, the beds were particularly nice. The owner and staff are personable and helpful. We prefer to make our way with public transport, but the owner is very kind in arranging tours for any who wish.

fantastic accommodation in the city center

Thank you, Harun, for the warm welcome and room upgrade. I appreciate your team's effort to spray/disinfect my luggage during check-in. Frontdesk team, especially to Bayram, keep up the great work. My room was clean; and the hotel is relatively new. If I could a make suggestion for improvement, it would be to please increase the heating in the room to make it warm enough.

Great value for money

The personnel was very nice and friendly. While waiting for check in we were offered free tea. Due to COVID pandemic we weren't allowed to eat in a restaurant, so they offer a great delivery service directly to the rooms. Heating works great, which is important if you come to Van lake in winter. Rooms are spacious and clean. Center of Van is not too far away. I would recommend Toprak hotel to anyone who visits the beautiful Van lake
