The women who work here have made this place home for me, an autistic senior, with a small service animal. Amelia‘s housekeeping staff is stellar: they work hard to keep the rooms and property fresh and inviting. But Amelia herself is particularly warm, friendly and helpful. Ask her to show you photographs of her beautiful new puppies! Unhoused on Christmas after a house fire, Amelia was kind enough to bring my dog a stuffed toy for Christmas. It would have been his first Christmas without one. She made his day – – and mine. Yasmine and Edith, at the front desk were exceedingly kind and patient with me. And I watched Edith console and rehouse a frustrated and frightened senior who had botched a reservation. I began staying here because it’s what I could afford. Now it’s where I prefer.

Stay away from this place! We left the room clean and didn't break anything, yet they never returned our deposit. The staff is absolutely not customer-oriented. It's better to pay a bit more for another hotel than to be scammed here. 1 star only because I can't give zero
