No repair needed
Le Repaire needs no repair, nearing perfection. The house is lovely, clean and well stocked with a good sized swimming pool. It is just remote enough to be very quiet and restful but close enough for an easy walk into St Alvere for the wonderful bread and croissants for breakfast or an evening meal. And our hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Superb place to stay.

1 wonderfull week of family time
I cannot fault this property and host.
The building and location/setting comes across well in the pictures but is far more impressive in real life. The host was helpful and informative with messages about what local events to look out for.
Location was just on the outskirts of a lovely local village with two wonderful restaurants all of which is a short walk away.
Our family enjoyed some relaxed downtime, kids endless playing in the pool looking out over the french countryside.
We will be returning, thank you.

Excellent property
We have been going to France for many years and have stayed in different properties but by far, Le Repaire out did them all. The house was wonderful, with all the amenities you could require. The pool, the covered terrace and the gardens were first class with lots of outside areas to sunbathe or just relax. Jacques and Benedict were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely would return to Le Repaire. The Robb Family

Superb house in the Dordogne
Very nice and spatious house, ideal to explore the Dordogne valley. The house is situated in the middle of the woods, with the very nice village Sainte-Alvère at a 10 minute walk.
