A former bourgeois house, located just outside the center of Vaison-la-Romaine, with an enclosed garden and an old basin from which the Pommerol spring once flowed. The property comprises a modern kitchen, a living room, a spacious and bright dining room. Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area with a master suite equipped with a shower room and toilet, Three double bedrooms, and a bathroom (bath, shower, and toilet). Parking is available in the courtyard (for 4 cars).
A former bourgeois house dating from 1930, located in the heart of Vaison-la-Romaine. This bright and elegant property boasts spacious rooms and superb high ceilings. Its enclosed garden offers a place to relax and have your dinner under the shadow of a beautiful chestnut tree, A balcony on the upper floor offers views to the Vaison-la-Romaine Château
Mattress protectors for beds are included. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. However, we can provide them for an additional €24 per person for your stay. To access the upper floor, the staircase is equipped with a Stanna stairlift which may be suitable for a person with reduced mobility. Simply inform the concierge so they can make it available.

Séjour dans la résidence des marronniers
Maison et parc tres agreable. Elle pourrait être valoriser davantage par le propriétaire en rajoutant qq meubles de rangement dans les chambre (mettre des étagères dans les armoires), et qq ustensiles de cuisine (verres à vin, épluche légumes...). Un BBQ dans le jardin serait également un plus. La salle de bain commune pourrait être plus decoupé en 2 (2 douches dans un même pièce ne semble pas très utile). Maintenant pour le prix, la location reste très intéressante.
