This charming retreat offers quick access to Vail Mountain as well as shops, restaurants, entertainment, and ski lifts right outside your door. Relax and take in stunning views of Lionshead Village and Vail Mountain from your private balcony. The remodeled bathroom features a spacious stand-up shower, while the cozy living room with a gas fireplace is perfect for winter relaxation. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, coffee maker, stovetop, and half-size refrigerator for added convenience. STUDIO: Queen bed and queen sofa sleeper in living room. 1 Full Bath.
LIFT HOUSE LODGE NOTES:
Lift House Lodge Pet Policy & Fees: We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation. A pet fee of $35 per dog, per night applies. Please note that Airbnb only allows a flat pet fee to be collected at the time of booking. If your stay requires additional pet fees (e.g., longer stays or multiple dogs beyond the flat amount charged by Airbnb), we will: 1. Send a payment request for the remaining balance through Airbnb’s Resolution Center after booking, 2. OR You may choose to pay the additional pet fees at check-in at the Lift House Lodge.
Please provide the front desk with a reliable phone number where you can be reached in case staff or maintenance needs access to the room while your dog is alone. This will help us ensure your pet's safety and address any necessary room maintenance promptly.
Front desk and lobby hours are from 8am to 4pm, though these hours may vary depending on the time of year. For access outside of these hours, please use the 2nd-floor side door near room 201 or the 1st-floor Plaza entrance. Remember to have your key or code ready before 7am and after 5pm for entry.
Lift House has onsite coin laundry and an elevator accessing all floors.
LIFT HOUSE PARKING: Please ensure you register your vehicle with the front desk upon arrival. Parking spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Rates are as follows: • Summer Season: $30 per night • Winter Season: $50 per night • Should our lot be full or unavailable, the public Lionshead or Vail Parking Garage offers hourly and overnight parking at current posted rates.
NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.
