It was okay for the price. The one thing we didn't appreciate was the sound of plumbing hisses or something going on in between intervals of silence. It's an older building, so I guess things like that are to be expected. Anyway, it was clean, nice textured walls and good paint. Even crown moulding. Nice layout and nice furniture. Bed wasn't too bad, but hubby and I cheat by not even getting underneath the covers. We brought our own memory foam and sleeping bags. I liked the location which was farther away from Interstate 80 than some of the other hotels. And I like the privacy, not having to share a hallway to get to and from our room. Just open the door and you're outside. They did offer coffee, tea and juice in the lobby in the mornings from about 6 AM. We stayed 3 nights and made the best of it.

The room was clean, no complaints. Wished the water was more hot, but it did warm me up eventually. The bed was okay, but we topped it with our own memory foam and thick sleeping bags. My hips still got a bit sore, but I'm sensitive. I liked the layout of the room and the furniture. I liked the white tiled shower. Everything was basic but sensible. The towels were small, but oh well. They had coffee, tea and juice in the lobby. And ice machines at the foot of the stairs. Our main complaint would be the noisy plumbing. Between intervals of silence we could hear what sounded like water or air in the pipes making hissing noises or something. It bothered hubby the most, so he turned the fan on low before we went to bed. And we wore earplugs. Sleep is important and it could've been better. We were in Room 320 in Vacaville CA. The price was good though, so we saved there as opposed to going to Best Western or Holiday Inn Express. We stayed 3 nights and it was easy on the pocketbook.

Very nice big room. Very clean. Friendly gentleman at check in. Plus friendly gentleman that I spoke to but not about check in. Different inquiry I had. They gave to me a room on the first floor that really helped me out very much. Great parking and great location. Nice heater in room and I am sure the same unit has excellent air conditioning as well. A really good rate!
