Nice little apartment, very clean and modern, equipped with a full kitchen and appliances. Also has an awesome little sauna, and washing machine with controls in English. There is a nice little enclosed deck with patio furniture. Note that the owner contacts you on the day of check-in with details of address to meet at etc, not before. He provided a straightforward orientation of the apartment. The area was nice and quite overnight, and no noise from neighbours. My only complaint is that both the door to the bedroom and bathroom will rattle loudly if the windows are open and the air is moving. We had to open both doors as they woke us up at night. I did inform the owner of this after checking out, but received no reply. Be aware there is not a designated reservable parking stall. It is street parking, which filled up. Overall

The apartment was the least expensive of 8 properties we stayed at on our vacation and it was the nicest. We could use the sauna when we wanted, we cook cook a couple of meals. We had space in a clean environment. We had easy communication with the owners.

Owned by a local private person. Great place to stay. The owner was nice enough to pick me up at the train station. No hidden fees. Easy easy easy . Not in town but a short walk to town. Grocery is right across the street . Apt was nice new and clean.

Loistava majapaikka kahdelle hengelle Vaasan keskustassa. Olohuoneen sohvalla tosin nukkuisi kolmaskin. Parkkihalli talon alla ja oma parkkiruutu hallissa. Asunto on todella siisti, sauna hyvä ja lasitettu parveke on tilava. Todella rauhallinen taloyhtiö. Todella mainio keskusta-asunto. Yhteydenpito vuokraajaan tekstareilla helppoa ja nopeaa. Asunnossa on WI-FI.
