おばあちゃん家に来たような感じで好感触。 施設は古いが味のある感じで、清掃は行き届いている。 お湯を出すと周辺がガス臭で満たされるのでちょっと怖い。ボイラーを交換したほうがいいと思う。 台所用品や洗濯用品は一通り揃っていて、海中道路向こうのマックスバリュと組み合わせることで自分の家にいるような過ごし方ができる。施設の性格上、フルサービスの宿泊施設を期待している人にはもちろん向かない。 施設前の駐車場への道は狭いため、ワンボックスで突入すると大変な目に遭う。大人しく手前の広い駐車場を使わせてもらったほうがいい。
