Carpet looked ready to be cleaned or replaced. I can understand saving energy/costs, but it was below zero wind chill and our heater was off when we arrived. It would have been good customer service to at least have it on low heat. Rest of hotel was beautiful and welcoming inside. Will try staying again in warmer weather!

The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Loved that they had a continental breakfast…waffle maker, cold cereal, fresh fruit, breakfast bars and such. It is an older hotel but very clean and was the shower/tub was very, very clean. I also appreciate the two bed room option. Loved that it is a few minutes from family that we come to visit during the Thanksgiving Holiday. Will be back again next year.

Somewhat decent hotel but very old. Lobby looked inviting but once in room it was very run down. It appeared very clean but many stains on carpet. It was only one night to sleep so worked. Husband was more freaked out than I was.
