Looking for affordable accommodation in the room Saalfeld-Rudolstadt-Pößneck, at the foot of the Thuringian Forest, in close proximity to Germany's largest reservoirs and the "Stone Chronicle" Thuringia?

Then we expect them cordially welcome in our apartment!

We look forward to be able to make your stay in a pleasant atmosphere and an appealing ambience.

It awaits you upstairs in the cultivation of our house on 50 square meters, a well-equipped apartment, with living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, and a spacious roof terrace, for up to 6 people and extra bed for at least a little child.

The spacious property on which the house was rebuilt in 2010/11, offers 2000 sqm adequate exercise area, which also like may be used by our guests by arrangement, as is our adventure playground for children.

Just steps away from the property there is a bus stop, which is frequented by the close proximity to the city of Saalfeld, also very good by public transport. The lower shaft Borner train station is within 10 minutes within easy walking distance.

Trips to the "Thuringian Sea" (Hohenwarte reservoir) or in the direction of Gera / Pößneck can be started directly from here, for all other directions it is within 10 minutes in Saalfeld, where it has immediate Umstiegs- and connectivity to all the really worthwhile Attractions to reach our beautiful region.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit einer kompletten Küchenausstattung für kleine und große Gäste. Spielzeug für die Kinder war ebenfalls in der Ferienwohnung reichlich vorhanden. Ein tolles Holzklettergerüst in Bootsmanier inkl. Außenspielzeug durfte mit benutzt werden. Zentrale Lage für Unterwellenborn (Bäcker, Metzger, Kaufland fußläufig vorhanden). Ausgezeichnete örtliche Anbindung für Besuchsziele von fern und nah. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder;-)

Große, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sie erfüllte unsere Erwartungen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet und mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Sie hat eine geräumige Dachterrasse, von der man einen Blick auf eine zum großen Teil grüne und unverbaute nähere Umgebung hat. Die Lage ist, bis auf die üblichen Verkehrsgeräusche einer innerörtlichen Verbindungsstraße, ruhig. Die Anlagen der in Unterwellenborn angesiedelten Stahlindustrie in ihrer heutigen modernen Form stören den Eindruck, dass man sich in einem Urlaubsort befindet, in keiner Weise. Weder durch irgendwelche Abgase noch durch ständige Geräuschentwicklung. Einkaufsmöglichkeit besteht in einem großen, auch fußläufig erreichbaren Verbrauchermarkt in nur wenigen hundert Metern Entfernung. Das gastronomische Angebot direkt vor Ort ist allerdings begrenzt. Unterwellenborn war für uns, die Thüringen in seiner Vielfalt kennenlernen wollten, als zentraler Ausgangspunkt sehr geeignet. Von dort erreicht man die verschiedensten Ziele (wie z.B. Kultur in Weimar oder aber Natur, Landschaft und Technik im Gebiet der Saalestauseen) in einer für Tagestouren akzeptablen Entfernung von vielleicht mal einer Stunde Autofahrt. Für uns war der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Unterwellenborn ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolle, familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war top. Zum einen ist sie familienfreundlich, u.a. wegen des großen Grundstücks, auf dem Kinder spielen können und den vorhandenen Spielgeräten. Zum anderen ist die Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Von dem Ort aus kann man leicht etliche Urlaubsattraktionen erreichen, die auch für Kinder interessant sind, z.B. der Märchenweld in Saalburg, die Stauseen der Saale (Bootsfahrten möglich) oder die Feengrotten in Saalfeld.

Eine schöne ruhige Lage und nicht weit vom Stausse Hohenwarte und der Stadt Saalfeld entfernt. Der Garten des Hauses bot viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder mit Trampolin, Rutsche mit Klettergerüst uvm. Sehr nette Familie, die die Wohnung vermietet

Moderne ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Für Kinder ein Spielplatz + ein großes Trampolin. Badewanne, Dusche, Fernseher, Spiele, Bücher, Musik und und und... Große Terrasse für ein schönes ruhiges Frühstück ect. , wenn das Wetter mitspielt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 Minuten vom Haus zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten... ... wie Feeengrotten ... ganz zauberhaft ... Glasmacher in Lauscha ... mit Herstellung eigener Traumkugel ... Lichtenburg mit Burg zum Anfassen und sehr schönem Ausblick... und ganz viel mehr. /Kletterwald / Erlebnisbad / Saunalandschaft u.v.mehr. Wir könnes es nur empfehlen. Sehr nette Gastgeber !

Sehr schöne FeWo mit viel Liebe zum Detail.

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen, zwei Kleinkindern und einen Hund in der sehr hübschen eingerichteten FeWo. Sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. P.S. Die gehäkelte Decke ist ein Traum 😍

Die FeWo ist wie beschrieben und sehr, sehr schön. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt, sehr modern. Top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauber, Kinderfreundlich. Es fehlt an nichts. Sogar Spielzeug für Kinder ist vorhanden (reichlich). Sehr weiter zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne und mit Sicherheit wieder. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir wurden zwei Tage vor der Anreise durch den Vermieter kontaktiert, zur Abstimmung der Details zur Anreise, aber auch wg. Aufbau Kinderbett etc. Neben Flat-TV ist auch WLAN vorhanden. Die Küche optimal eingerichtet. Freibegehbare Dusche nicht nur für ältere Menschen od. Kinder sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuverlässig und hat uns sogar etwas nach Hause geschickt was wir vergessen haben, was für uns sehr wichtig ist und so klein ist, dass es ausversehen unter das Radio gerutscht ist. Wir sind einfach nur begeistert und es fehlen uns die rechten Worte diese überaus schöne FeWo und sehr zuvorkommenden und sehr freundlichen Vermieter angemessen zu bewerten. Weiter so und wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch. Nochmals vielen, vielen Dank, weiter so und bis zum nächsten Mal.
