Hotel design is impressive, staff is caring and very courteous, food is very good and rooms are beautiful. Problem is that my family, including our 2 years old baby left the hotel full of cuts since the pool on our villa was is a very bad shape, with horrendous finishings that make it sharp. We informed the staff and answer was “we apologize about the pool tiles”. Besides we have our bodies with several bloody marks, everything was amazing.
