I am very pleased with this location!! I often travel to UCSF and need a lay over spot. This will become my new lay over spot!!! The staff is amazing and friendly. The rooms are clean, cozy, and feel like home. It’s been a long time since I have had a good night’s rest/sleep, boy did I feel comfortable enough to do just so!! Thank you!

The front desk guy was very unwelcoming. He sleeps till almost breakfast time and sets the food out looking like he just crawled out of bed - that did not look sanitary at all. I recommend some professionalism. Breakfast is really bad - fruit looks stale.

It was nice and easy to check in, the area was quiet, and for the price it was just right. Coffee and OJ in the morning was an added bonus. I would stay here again.
