Located in a quiet area yet very close to the beach, the apartment stands out for its warm, functional atmosphere, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to five guests.
Inside, the space is designed for both comfort and convenience: the living room features a comfortable sofa bed and opens onto a fully equipped kitchenette, where cooking becomes a pleasure, even on warmer days, thanks to excellent natural ventilation. The two bedrooms—one double and one twin with single beds—are bright, airy, and equipped with mosquito nets and ceiling fans to ensure a peaceful rest, even during the hottest summer days. The bathroom, modern and functional, includes all amenities, including a spacious walk-in shower.
Perfect for families or small groups of friends, this apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring Salento: the crystal-clear sea is just a few minutes' walk away, and nearby you'll find traditional restaurants, bars, local services, and the unmistakable Salento hospitality. For check-in or check-out outside the indicated hours, upon guest request and subject to approval, an extra fee will be charged:


For check-in after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM: extra cost of €30.00;


For check-in from 10:00 PM to midnight: extra cost of €50.00;


For check-in between midnight and 7:00 AM: extra cost of €100.00.


For early check-out, upon guest request and subject to approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM an extra cost of €30.00 will be applied.
