At the Venue on Tybee, you’ll have access to a private, deep-water dock located directly behind the house, which provides a great place for fishing and direct access to the ocean. Otters, dolphins, river turtles, egrets, and other marsh birds are frequently observed nearby. Four kayaks and a double paddle boat are included for those who want to experience sea life a little closer! Bikes are also available.

The home’s rooftop deck provides a stunning 360-degree view of the Savannah River, the Atlantic, and miles of the surrounding marshland, making it a birdwatchers and star gazer’s dream!
