Ok no restuarant to have breakfast It was clean and comfortable. Need more amenities as far as claiming it to be a resort . Did not like the layout of the property 2 pools are isolated islands in the middle of the parking lot.

Staff was extremely helpful. Any inquiries I had were responded to very promptly, and this is very valuable to me. Super convenient location for beach access and surrounding areas. Had a good time with a family of four including two young kids.

I did not like that i had to pay ( a lot$) for amenities i did not use, ie ., beach towels/chairs, bikes. When i asked to pay for parking only, they said they could not give me credit since i booked via Expedia

The location was great but the floor was so dirty my kids and I had to play “the floor is lava”. The staff wasn’t too friendly except the staff at the pool/tiki bar, she was lovely.

I questioned the "destination fee" and was told it for parking, beach towels and chairs. I booked 2 rooms, and we didn't use any their "amenities" other 1 parking spot and we were and additional $42 for each room. The ocean view including a big parking lot and about 10 or 12 portajohns. I was not impressed for what they charged us.

Run Down but Front Desk was Great!

Hotel was very run down and old. Zero vending in the hotel except for the separate building where you check in. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and walked by this same hotel room that was used but empty, it wasn’t cleaned the entire time we were there. Key stopped working on the second day. Pool is ok. Front desk staff was very friendly - they were the best part, cleaners were rude. Won’t stay here again… for the same price, I could rent a condo.

Not impressed

Not what you expect at a beach resort. Definitely an older property. The registration/front desk is in a detached building in the parking lot. Was never given a parking tag for my car or the free wifi password, tried calling the front desk from the room and the phone did not work. Gave up and used my phones hotspot so I could log on my computer. The “partial ocean view” room is miss leading. It’s not what you think. Most partial ocean views I have had are corner rooms, this was in the second floor where you got the public access parking lot and a little bit of the ocean view over the top of some trees. Not close enough to the beach to really hear the ocean even though they state just steps to the beach. No shampoo or body wash in the dispensers in the bathroom. Could not call the front desk because the phone did not work nor did we want to walk across the parking lot in the middle of the night after arriving. The resort amenities included to beach chairs and one towel in the room to carry to the beach with you. The best part was the bartender Jess that was in the tiki bar and at the glow party on Friday and Saturday. Didn’t find out where the second pool was until check out when we just happened to see it behind the registration building. At 6am on Saturday morning the city was unloading equipment for an event next weekend, so the beeping of the equipment unloading for almost two hours was less than relaxing. For the price we will go to another beach resort next trip.

Way overpriced for terrible experience

I don’t remember seeing anywhere in pictures or comments that there is a big public parking area between the ocean view room and the ocean! Hardly oceanfront! There was construction that started right outside our room at 0600 on a Saturday morning. They put us right by the elevator, which would have been fine if they were serviced and didn’t sound like a big clattering racket EVERYTIME they were used. Overall very disappointed and will not go back. Way overpriced for this horrible experience.

I think overpriced. My “ocean-front” room is on the 2nd floor and I can barely see any ocean at all. There is tall shrubbery blocking the view. The acccomodations are more than adequate and the room is clean and comfortable. There is a keurig-style coffeemaker and k-cups are provided.

They have said no smoking but the elevators and lobby smelled alot like people were smoking all kinds of stuff. The property it self was not well kept, balcony chairs full of dust and stains. The blankets had stains, bathroom was rundown, no matter how much they clean it stillbfelt yuck. The only good thing was the property has the ocean view and right across the ocean. Lots of dinners in a walking distance. The lady at the poor bar is super nice.
