Not again

There was no shades on the roof window, nor a cloth to wash yourself with. Reception was gone after 7 pm and no telephone or alarm to wake you. The pillows were totally flat or so stuffed with foam that you could not sleep. The toilette was separate from the sink. Address states Unteraunern when in fact this is in Obertauern 10 km further!

Prix d'appel trompeur

AprĂšs avoir achetĂ© une nuit "tout frais compris" sur "hotels.com", qu'elle ne fut pas ma surprise quand je dĂ©couvris que cet hĂŽtel comptait des "frais de mĂ©nage" extrĂȘmement Ă©levĂ©s plus diverses taxes. Avez vous dĂ©jĂ  vu un hĂŽtel qui vous fait payer des frais de mĂ©nage ? Pourquoi pas d'autres supplĂ©ments pour l'Ă©lectricitĂ©, l'eau ... les impĂŽts locaux ? Effectivement, quand vous allez sur le site Ă  la 25Ăš ligne du 4Ăš alinĂ©a de la description Ă©tendue de la chambre, vous tombez sur ces frais exorbitants (quadruplement du prix de la chambre aprĂšs addition des frais de mĂ©nage !) bien dissimulĂ©s et surtout contradictoires avec le "prix garanti tous frais et taxes compris" affichĂ© en Ă©vidence sur la page de rĂ©servation . L"hĂŽtel nous a assurĂ© que l'erreur de prĂ©sentation venait de hotels.com et Ă  spontanĂ©ment rĂ©duit les frais sus-signalĂ©s. Par ailleurs, l'hĂŽtel est de grande qualitĂ©, mais l'annonce piĂ©geante du prix et le prix final payĂ©, beaucoup plus Ă©levĂ© que prĂ©vu, nous ont gĂąchĂ© le sĂ©jour.

CENSURA per Expedia perchĂ© evidenzia un prezzo parziale (48 euro) ed indica solo in fase successiva il costo per la pulizia camera che puĂČ arrivare a 120 euro in piĂč! Provato a contattare EXPEDIA ma nessun feedback. Personale dell'hotel piĂč disponibile e mi hanno ridotto il costo ad auro 65 ma resta il fatto che il prezzo che viene pubblicato Ăš ingannevole ed Ăš scorretto questo fishing che frega i clienti sprovveduti.

Precioso entorno, y hotel limpieza algo cara

El entorno es espectacular. (como en toda la zona) estivimos a principios de agosto y estaba todo un poco vacĂ­o. Otra cosa en Internet en el momento de la reserva ponia parking gratuito... Falso nos cobraron 5€.otra cosa se les olvidĂł ponernos toallas. En una planta inferior encontramos un armario y tenia toallas. Otra cosa, ojo al hacer la reserva y leer bien la polĂ­tica de lps hoteles. En este nos paso, que ponia qie por la limpieza te cobran 300€ . Aunqie supongo qie como es temporada baja solp nos cobraron 55e por ello. Pero repito fue error nuestro por no leer letra pequeña. Por lo demas cpmo en todo el pais, una maravilla
