The location was excellent, and the room was clean. However, the pillows were too soft for my liking, and the towels could have been better. I didn’t use the maid service, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, I’d give the location an 8 out of 10.

The hotel was so noisy the room next door was so lolud the phone didnt work til I fixed it after 2 days and then I was able to call and complain and nothing changed. A room of 4 was set with 2 bath towels they asked me if I still needed the queen size beds I said yes and we had doubles. Our room was never cleaned even tho it was suppose to be every other day in 5 nights they only made our beds 1 time after we complained. Overall for the amount of money we spent per night was so much and then for what we got it was not ok - very disappointing from a Marriott

The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. Check in was very quick. Other staff were friendly and helpful. Several restaurants to choose from close by. I've never seen the use of a power strip, that was readily visible, to provide power for some of the lights/lamps ...seemed very odd and unsafe. Tile repair in the shower, Room 130, was very poor and shoddy, not what one would expect for a Marriott brand.
