1. the wifi was not connected and was missing a cable. we notified the host but the problem was not fixed during the duration of our stay and I had to use my roaming to manage our activities. 2. The apartment was not ready by 15.00hrs as advertised on website. we had to wait 1 hour on the street till we could enter and we missed one of the events we had planned.3. Had no hot water on last day. had to shower cold.4. No dry rack for clothes. had to lay out our entire load of laundry around to apartment.5. sofa bed very rickety and caves in with weight. 6. the host was communicative at times but then there were periods with no response or significant delay.
