Tutto bene, self check-in semplice e spiegato in anticipo con indicazioni e video esplicativi, bagno ok doccia pulita e non intasata (come spesso succede), riscaldamento con split in ogni stanza e perfettamente funzionanti, anche termosifone elettrico in bagno. C'è una cucina attrezzata con piano cottura e lavastoviglie (non l'abbiamo utilizzata ma c'è), c'era anche la macchinetta del caffè con capsule. Forse l'unica cosa non molto confortevole era il materasso, al centro era un po' più "affossato". Vicina all'Allianz Stadium, circa 15 minuti in macchina (noi abbiamo scelto questo appartamento principalmente per questo motivo). Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene.
