I would normally rate this property and staff as excellent. Desk managers always, and this time, professional. Cleaning staff unprofessional and rude. Arrived late. Realized in the a.m. that I had slept on dirty sheets. Stripped them myself and tossed in cleaning staff bin. Asked cleaning staff for new sheets. First just looked with a blank stare and literally would not speak. Spoke with supervisor on that floor--response---your room is not on the schedule. Finally asked desk clerk. Arrived back late and linens were place on desk, not on bed. Just as well because they brought even dirtier linens--one sheet had a 3 inch hairball when I unfolded, second had a large and fresh lipstick stain. Slept that night without linens. Something has changed about the property and I will not be back. When you fail the basics on this level, you cannot be trusted. Unsatisfactory, unclean, not just unprofessional, but downright rude and conniving. Will be reporting to corporate.

I ordered a room with the bedroom separated from the kitchenette an TV room. I always order the separated rooms, because my wife has medical conditions and has problems sleeping. (82 years old with onset of Dementia) I paid for the separated room but was given a standard room and told it was the same price. We've stayed at this Hotel on numerous occasions but never will again. POOR MANAGEMENT

This hotel maintains a consistently high standard of cleanliness and a welcoming and friendly staff. We stay here every winter as we travel to Florida. Highly recommend!

The room wasn't as clean as other Home 2 Suites we've visited. However, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The access to/from the main highways was a little far. Our biggest issue was with other guests leaving messes in the breakfast area and being inconsiderate of others. Please be respectful of other travelers when booking any hotel.

We had 6 in our party, including 4 children. The beds were comfy, pool was great, and food options in the morning were a bonus for the picky eaters. We were walkable to restaurants across the parking lot. We usually stop around Tupelo on our annual trip to the beach since it's a halfway spot. This has been our favorite hotel, and we will stop here again in the future! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was updated and everything we saw was spotless.
