M. Hatem nous a confirmé notre séjour et notre heure de venue trois jours avant. Super! Nous étions heureux. Mais voilà que le soir venu, il était impossible de le joindre sur son portable. Nous avons enfin reçu un message vers 22h pour nous dire que tout était complet! Nous nous sommes donc retrouvé à chercher une solution pour 4 enfants et 2 adultes à Tunis à 23h! Le responsable ne répond même pas à Hotels.com! Inadmissible. "Bienvenue en Tunisie". Nous clôturons nos vacances très mal! Merci M. Hatem. J'ai rarement connu quelqu'un d'autant malhonnête et irrespectueux. L'établissement n'est pas digne de confiance, à bannir!

Super consigliato per una piacevole vacanza in Tunisia e sopratutto vicinissimo ai migliori ristoranti della Goulette dove si mangia il miglior pesce della zona .Assolutamente positivo.
