Worst hotel experience

Because I arrive late to the hotel, I requested from my friend to check me in with my Id and booking details before I arrive and he got my key in the evening, because reception doesn’t work late. When I reached and get in to my room for the first time at midnight, I saw that the room is completely dirty and has some stuff around, the bathroom lights were on. Even there was a charger on the wall, used toilet papers empty bags and bottles everywhere. They gave me the wrong key probably or forgot to clean the room at all. At midnight I have no room to stay even I paid, and there is no one to contact because they are not even opening the phone!!! No receptionist, even the phone provided at hotels.com was someone else’s and he sweared me for calling at midnight. Now I have to find a place to stay at 1:00 am.Worst hotel experience ever!!! And I couldn’t find anyone to help in last one hour!!

New, clean and comfy

Surprisingly comfortable and nice! I didnt know what to expect from a motel above a strip mall on the outskirts of Bucharest, but it was very new, clean and pleasant. The restaurant at the corner was delicious too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

37,5 degrees Celsius in the room.

When we arrived it was 37,5 degrees Celsius in the room. Turned on the AC but after 1,5 it was still 34. A clean and nice place. But the service level from the staff is not exactly 5 star. Nice place, but now ended up as a nightmare night from a sleeping point of view. //David

La remise des clefs dans un casier à code est pratique. Seul bémol nous n'avions pas de clé de le casier qui nous a été attribué. Aucune réponse par téléphone du numéro affichés dans l'entrée. Réponse très désagréable. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls pour trouver une chambre disponible.
