Esta encantadora unidad de villa de 2 pisos está escondida en un complejo de unidades, en una ubicación central de cbd, a solo 5 minutos a pie de tiendas y cafés. Super ubicación tranquila, sin ruido de tráfico. Una unidad moderna bien equipada, aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso, garaje individual bajo llave. Todo lo que pueda desear para un hogar lejos de casa. Ideal para una escapada de fin de semana, unas vacaciones familiares o un viaje de negocios.

La unidad cuenta con una acogedora sala de estar / comedor / cocina totalmente equipada, una nevera grande, un lavadero y un práctico baño en la planta baja, un garaje cerrado y un paso al aire libre a un patio pavimentado.

La escalera de madera lo lleva de arriba a la habitación uno con una hermosa cama de estilo de hierro forjado y colchón con parte superior de almohada y montones y montones de espacio en el armario. El dormitorio 2 tiene dos camas individuales y el baño bien equipado se encuentra justo al lado, con inodoro, ducha / bañera y tocador.

La unidad está completamente alfombrada, tiene lavaplatos, aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso, lavadora y secadora, y un práctico garaje cerrado.

Las camas consisten en una cama tamaño queen de hierro forjado, una almohada en el dormitorio 1, mientras que el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales con un montón de espacio en el armario. Cuarto de baño arriba con un segundo baño conveniente abajo.

Great Place to Stay

The property is extremely clean and is well laid out. The quality of appliances is high and there are cooking utensils galore. The host is super friendly and very personable. Located within a few hundred metres of supermarkets and shops. Fantastic stay.

Very clean and comfortable townhouse.

We only stayed 2 nights and didn’t spend much time in the townhouse but it was perfect for our needs, especially location. The Two Tarts cafe was a short stroll away. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would expect and more.

Location and cleanliness- my favourite things!

The bottlebrush is tucked away in a quiet location albeit within walking distance to all amenities. The unit is very clean and well presented. Our hosts are brilliant communicators and just make the whole process seamless. Thank you Robyn & Bruce for allowing us to stay.

It was as if it was my own home

Terrific Tumut

Our first visit to Tumut and it wasn’t disappointing. Our accomodation was perfect. Location was great, house was very, very comfortable. The block of units was quiet and full of magnificent bottlebrush trees. The only downside was the birds love them too!! Robyn’s place had everything you would need for an extended stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. Do not miss the lookout at the top of Wynyard for a breathtaking view.

I could live here

What a lovely townhouse! It was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen, which included pantry items, made meal preparation very easy. The bed and linens were perfectly clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend to family and friends visiting this part of the world.
