Tulum is growing quickly, and construction may occur nearby during your stay.

• Typical hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (Mon–Sat), occasionally 8 AM – 6 PM

• Some noise may be present, and while we do our best to limit its impact, it's unfortunately beyond our control



3. 🐒 Wildlife & Insects

Tulum is home to many wonderful animals—some may wander near the property.

• Please do not feed or harm any wildlife

• Store food properly (preferably in the fridge) to avoid attracting insects or animals

• If you see any animals inside, notify us—we’ll handle it safely

As a growing town, Tulum’s infrastructure is still developing.
