Gal at the front desk nice and helpful. Room was updated and looked nice. Several housekeeping issues that were unsatisfactory. Bed had not been changed; hair, particles of dirt, fuzz throughout the bed, make-up smudges. Night stand had pink sticky substance stuck to it. Toilet was not clean; poop ! Kleenex box empty, limited towels. Breakfast mediocre. Unacceptable. The bed was comfortable for me too hard for hubby.

It didn’t look like the counters were wiped down. The blanket didn’t look like it had been washed, as well as the shower curtain. Small bottles for hygiene supply should be used instead of the big bottles that way we’re not all touching the previous person’s germs. The tv remote was filthy and sticky and the tv wasn’t connected to the internet nor was there cable. The light in the hallway nearly fell on my head. It dangled and missed me because I was short enough. The lighting in the room is also very depressing. The maintenance and cleanliness overall could improve

The hotel was spotlessly clean, which made a great first impression. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

Hotel staff was not at desk, on their cell phone a lot, breakfast was very slow and late, coffee empty most of the time, orange juice was water, TV and phone did not work in my room, staff would be on their cell phone and walk past you at the front desk but would answer if you called front desk from your cell phone. No foot stool for arm chair in the room, no coffee in the room and no drawers for cloths just square open front cubicles. Location and cleanliness were the only celebration points. Handicap parking was very minimal, maybe not even up to code.

The rooms need a good remodel performed. Looked like they started and never completed. There was dried paint splattered on the floors. There was dirt on the floor, dirt on the walls, bed spread had a big yellow stain in the center, bed sheets had black stain marks and a couple towels looked like they had not been washed between uses. Even the heating/cooling selection panel needed a good disinfectant and cleaning. Have stayed in other motels by this chain and they may have needed an update but at least they were clean. This one needs a good cleaning crew to scrub and disinfect top to bottom.

We went down for breakfast at 6:15 a.m. No regular coffee, biscuts, sausages, muffins, bread, eggs. Total nasty looking area. Dry cereal and yogurt. That's it! No fruit. We left.

We didn’t die and our vehicle was there when we woke up. Room was dirty, sheets had stains, hair in bathroom, towels didn’t absorb water, breakfast was terrible. Would not recommend. We slept well and beds were comfortable.
