Magnificent villa in the heart of the Tarajalejo valley, overlooking the sea and located in a very quiet and natural environment. Newly built, the non-terraced house and its privileged location guarantee total privacy. Large and bright, it has 3 bedrooms (capacity for 8 people), 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, porch-dining room, garden with private heated pool, barbecue and chill-out area. The villa has wi-fi connection, and the supply of sheets and towels is included. Optional cleaning service during the stay and transport from the airport (check rates with the owner).

Beautiful villa

The Villa Fuerteventura is a spacious house with a big surrounding. The villa is very well equipped, with nice furniture and everything you need. This is in fact not a holiday home, but rather a real home, where you could always live!

So peaceful

This is a beautiful home with everything that we needed for a relaxing holiday. It is very comfortable. In January, the double glazing helped to keep it cosy and never too cold. My husband described the shower as the best ever (very powerful and large). The kitchen is fully equipped with good knives, lots of pots and pans and nice wine glasses. We never ate out, as the home was so relaxing, but there is a steak house on the main road at easy walking distance. There are good supermarkets within a few minutes drive. We loved it.

Super ruhig und top Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön, bei der Ankunft haben uns Emilio und seine Frau sehr lieb begrüßt und bei der Abreise herzlich verabschiedet. Sie sind beide sehr sehr nett. Und auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Assumpta war sehr angenehm. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Küchenausstattung war reichhaltig und es waren sogar Spielzeuge und ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb und über eine kurze Schotterpiste zu erreichen, was mit einem normalen PKW aber gut zu fahren ist. Dadurch ist das Haus aber sehr ruhig gelegen, man genießt die Stille und die tolle Aussicht auf das Meer zwischen den Bergen. Einziges Manko: zur Mittagszeit gibt es keinen Schatten auf der Terasse um den Pool herum.

Das Haus entsprach mit seinem Äußeren, seiner Einrichtung, der Gartenanlage und der umgebenden Landschaft genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die Beschreibung der Besitzerin war detailliert und realistisch. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin funktionierte ohne Probleme, bei der Schlüsselübergabe mit der Verwalterin gestaltete sich das etwas komplizierter, weil sie nur Spanisch sprach. Als Empfehlung zur Perfektionierung folgende Tipps: sinnvoll wäre es, wenn Handspülmittel, mehr als 2 Spültabs für die Spülmaschine, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine und nicht nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier (bei der Beschreibung wurde Toilettenpapier als vorrätig beschrieben) vorhanden wären. Es macht keinen Sinn, wenn Gäste alle 2 Wochen diese Dinge komplett neu kaufen. Wo bleiben dann die umfangreichen Reste? Ärgerlich gestaltete sich die Versorgung mit Wasser. Es wurde vorher kein einziger Hinweis gegeben, dass es Probleme geben kann. Wir hatten an 8 von 10 Tagen nur kaltes Wasser, im Laufe der Tage ließ der Wasserdruck immer mehr nach (es kamen nur noch Rinnsale) und am Morgen der Abreise hatten wir gar kein Wasser mehr. Ohne Poolwasser hätten allein bei der Toilette ein großes Problem gehabt. Wenn darauf hingewiesen wird, dass man mit dem Eigentum achtsam umgehen soll - was für uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit ist - sollte fairerweise auch auf derartige Versorgungsprobleme hingewiesen werden. Uns ist klar, dass Wasser ein zunehmend kostbares und knappes Gut ist, Transparenz sollte aber auch sein.

Fuerteventura at its best

Die sehr schön gelegene Villa bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft bis zum Meer - und ganz wunderbar ist die Einzellage ohne direkte Nachbarn. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen längeren Urlaub benötigt. Ein Auto ist allerdings unabdingbar. Assumpta war jederzeit erreichbar und antwortete immer sehr schnell. Und auch die beiden Betreuer des Objektes sind ausgesprochen herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden die Sonnenuntergänge am Pool vermissen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Fuerteventura vom ersten Moment an genossen. Wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer gut. Die Villa liegt etwas erhöht auf einem schön angelegten Grundstück mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, Bananenpalmen und Hängematten. Auch den eigenen Pool haben wir in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus selbst ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist gut durchdacht und war für uns perfekt. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Sauberkeit auch top. Die Costa Calma erreicht man in 15/20 min mit dem Auto. Ein Mietwagen wird benötigt. Die Woche in der Villa Fuerteventura war für uns wunderschön und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen wenn wir eine Reise auf die Insel planen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit super Aussicht

Viel Platz, sehr sauber, komplette Ausstattung, super Aussicht. Viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten, um die Sonne zu genießen. Der beheizte Pool konnte auch im Dezember/Januar benutzt werden. Empfehlenswerte Restaurants in Tarajalejo. Ruhige Umgebung. Das einzige, was für uns ungewöhnlich / unangenehm war, dass man das Toilettenpapier in einem Eimer im Bad entsorgen musste.

Siamo stati una settimana in questa bellissima villa, situata in una zona estremamente tranquilla e allo stesso tempo comoda per visitare il sud del isola con le sue molteplici stupende spiagge, la villa con vista sul mare, arredata con gusto è accessoriata di tuto quello che serve per trascorrere dei bellissimi momenti di relax , con anche una piccola piscina e un bel giardino, a 2 KM da Tarajalejo dove si può trovare un ben fornito Spar e un paio di taverne, semplici ma di buona qualità. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.

Traumhaftes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage

Wir verbachten im Juli 2018 als Familie einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Sommerurlaub in der Villa Fuerteventura. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einem gepflegtem Zustand. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Ein moderner Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Im Bedarfsfall steht auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und freundlich mit Doppelbett bzw. zwei Einzelbetten. Zwei Badezimmer sind vorhanden, eines davon ausgesprochen groß. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen SAT-TV mit deutschsprachigen Programmen. Die eingestellten Bilder geben den tatsächlichen Zustand sehr gut wieder. Die Außenanlage ist schön angelegt und bietet viele Plätze zum Entspannen und Sonnen. Die im Halbschatten gelegene Lounge mit Hängematte bietet Schutz vor dem Wind, wenn er mal zu stark ist. Im Gegensatz zu den Bildern wurden weitere Pflanzen in der Außenanlage gepflanzt, so dass die Bilder der Außenanlage nicht ganz aktuell sind. Morgens lädt der überdachte Teil der Terrasse, von dem man einen schönen Blick über die Landschaft und zum Meer hat, zum Frühstück ein. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, jedoch nicht unbedingt etwas für den morgendlichen Schwimmer, der seine Bahnen ziehen möchte. Liegen stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Unsere Kinder haben neben dem Pool besondere Freude am vorhandenen Tischkicker gehabt. Nach Taralajejo, der nächsten kleinen Stadt, sind es wenige Minuten im Auto. Hier gibts einen Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants. Auch nach Costa Calma sind es nicht mehr als 20 Minuten und etwas weiter in Esquinzo befindet sich ein neuer großer Mercadona Supermarkt, in dem man sich gut für die ganze Woche eindecken an. Den Flughafen erreicht man in ca. 45 Minuten. Die Vermieterin lebt in Barcelona, vor Ort werden Übergabe und Abnahme von einer Haushälterin erledigt. Im Bedarfsfall ist die Vermieterin aber problemlos telefonisch oder per WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir haben den erholsamen Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus für Ruhe und Erholung suchende uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Fantastische Unterkunft mit wundervollem Ausblick

Wir waren im November auf Fuerteventura. Da wir mit sechs Personen (drei Paare) unterwegs waren, sollte das Apartment drei separate Schlafzimmer haben. Die Villa Fuerteventura hat uns direkt angesprochen, da sie neben den gewünschten drei Schlafzimmern eine große Terrasse und einen Pool hat. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Terrasse und der Pool sind in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse und dem Pool hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht von Tarajalejo. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderschön frühstücken oder den Nachmittag am Pool verbringen. Sollte es am Pool oder auf der Terrasse zu windig sein, gibt es eine sehr gut geschützte Lounge und Hängematte. Insgesamt ist die Villa sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man allerhand Gewürze, Tees, Essig, Öl etc. Zum Empfang stand zusätzlich eine Flasche Sekt bereit. Der ca.5km weit entfernte Ort Tarajalejo (mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten) besteht nicht ausschließlich aus Hotels und Ferienresorts, so wie beispielsweise Costa Calma. In Tarajelejo kann man Lebensmittel einkaufen gehen, an der Strandpromenade flanieren oder leckeren Fisch essen. Die Vermieterin selbst lebt nicht auf Fuerteventura. Die Schlüsselübergabe regelt eine Haushälterin. Da die Villa nicht ganz leicht zu finden ist, hat sich die Haushälterin mit uns an einer Tankstelle an der großen Straße getroffen. Leider hatte unser Flugzeug etwas Verspätung, sodass wir die ursprünglich vereinbarte Zeit nicht einhalten konnten. Die Verschiebung der Schlüsselübergabe ließ sich aber problemlos auch kurzfristig noch verschieben. Ebenso unkompliziert war die Endabnahme. Die Haushälterin erschien pünktlich und hat sich kurz von dem Zustand der Villa überzeugt, bevor wir die Kaution zurück erhalten haben. Insgesamt ist die Villa Fuerteventura für einen Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und die super Ausstattung sorgen für einen wundervoll entspannten Urlaub. Auch ist die Villa für 6 Personen vom Platz völlig ausreichend.
