The staff was helpful and amiable. The restaurant service acceptable Could not get WiFi for my computer in the room, had to go down to the reception to use it. The bathroom is poorly designed; No bathtub, and the shower water spills all over the floor. No basket for the soap in the shower. Not a single hook to hang the used towels or any other thing

Te estafan

Saqué el precio en pesos y como consecuencia de la devaluación los pasaron a dólares y Hotels lo hizo, por lo que no pude demostrar que la tarifa era en pesos y se abusaron en el valor por que hotel a 1 cuadra y de igual o mejor calidad como el Bicentenario tenía los precios acordes y en pesos, me obligaron a tomar la 1ra noche y pague por esa lo mismo que 2 noches en el Bicentenario una verguenza
