The hotel was extremely clean inside and outdoors. The room was very clean and inviting!! The front desk was extremely nice and we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Will Definitely stay again if need to be in Tucson.

The room felt and smelled brand new. It was very clean and nicely maintained. The beds were a bit stiff, and the room had only basic amenities, no hair dryer, iron, or ironing board. The elevator was broken, so we had to use the stairs. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and there were plenty of things to do nearby. Overall, it was a great stay.

The 1st room on the 3rd floor reeked of cigarette. We were moved to a 2nd room literally above it on the 4th floor and it was just as bad. The elevators were out of order so we had to use the stairs! On the 2nd staircase there was a spill red drink with a caution sign on top. This was around 7pm when we checked out at 5am the spill sticky by now with caution sign was still there. My partner has asthma and this did a number on him. There were no more available rooms we were told to move to after that.
