Cute house with everything we needed for our family vacation in Tucson. Great location in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Close to U of Arizona campus & short drive to downtown. Also a short drive (30 minute or less) for everything else we wanted to do including dining, shopping and Saguaro NP.House was as described, clean & comfrtable. Pool was warm. Hot tub was a nice surprise.

We had a wonderful time here! The house was just as described, convenient location, and our host had an immediate response for us when we had a question. This was a lovely spot for a family weekend; we couldn’t get our kids out of the pool and ate all of our meals on the patio. The poolside pergola is a nice touch. We would definitely book here again on another trip to Tucson.

Enjoyed Our Stay...lots a personal space available

HUGE backyard. Great for hanging out in the late afternoon or enjoying breakfast in the morning by the pool. The pool could of been cleaned a little better but overall great outdoor space with plenty of chairs & pergola with lights. Bathrooms are small but efficient.

Comfortable Home with Sam Hughes Character

This property has some classic historic features including the front gate, wall nooks/cabinets, living room fireplace and baths. The neighborhood is an historic district and a Tucson gem. The entire property is walled, quiet and private and we really appreciated the large outdoor dining tables and chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Not shown on the listing is a large TV room off the kitchen with doors to the outside patio. It has a sleeper sofa and comfortable chairs - a real asset that should be noted and photos included! There were a few minor lighting issues that were addressed right away - Steve was extremely responsive throughout the entire booking period and stay. We and the dog were very comfortable there and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
