Our stay at the property was perfect. The house is completely charming and exactly as described. Very convenient to the U of A campus and many good restaurants. I will absolutely stay here again during a future trip to Tucson!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used all 5 BR’s and enjoyed the open family room, house layout and pool (and pool toys). Location was very convenient. Only a few extremely, extremely minor things to consider (which the host does note), there is not a community bathroom as they are all connected to a BR and one BR does not have a dedicated bathroom. Depending on time of arrival, the AC in guest quarters could be turned on before arrival so it is cool (enough) to sleep if you check in late.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home over Memorial Day weekend! It’s super comfortable, all the rooms have privacy, great gathering spaces, and great pool & spa! We enjoyed the modern mid century decor! We could walk to a cute coffee shop too called Sonoran Coffee . The host is great about communicating too and making sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend this place!!!

Great place in Tucson!

Place was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Layout was terrific and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and sunning ourselves outside. Neighborhood was quiet. Place was nicely furnished and I was pleased kitchen had condiments (so we didn’t have to run out to buy salt and pepper as an example). Beds comfortable and fluffy towels. I would highly recommend this place if several folks are visiting Tucson.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

The home was elegant and stylish while being very comfortable for everyone in our group, ages 1 - 83. The courtyard and pool were pefect for Tucson in May. The location is close to the UofA, some great dining, and anything you will during your stay.

Don’t miss this!

We thoroughly enjoyed this 1950’s style house centered around the pool, hot tub and outdoor area. The house was perfect for our extended family and is in a charming and friendly historic neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, hiking and museums. It’s quiet and yet very accessible. Our host, Elizabeth was extremely responsive to any needs we had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and encourage anyone to do the same.

The owner was awesome! Elizabeth offered many wonderful suggestions and was very available whenever we needed anything. The house was beautiful and the setup is perfect, each couple had privacy and we had plenty of space for 9 adults. Our only real "issue" was that the gardeners were very noisy (talking loudly next to bedroom windows is rude) and too early!

Loved this home!!

We had four couples, 4 Brothers and wives - baby boomers. We had a blast. The home has a great mid century vibe with so much space. Loved the details and furniture. All the bedrooms are large and each of us had our own bathroom which, I think was the best part. The pool and patio are is amazing and so private. Like a little resort. Everyone in our group loved it. We came to town for football. This place would make a great girls getaway weekend.

Small things BIG difference

Our stay in Tucson was great. My in-laws live in Tucson and their house was too small for our large group. I found this gem and at first it was not available for my dates but then it opened up. I am so glad it did. The location is wonderful. It is close to everything you need, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Inside the home it was completely stocked with anything you need. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and none of them had the consideration and nice touches that Elizabeth did. It’s nice when someone remembers the smallest details. Not because they have to, but because they actually care about your stay. Thanks!
