We had no idea the “Gem Show” started this weekend in Tucson and everyone said that 500k visitors were in town and The Hacienda del Sol was fully booked. Despite all this, our stay was wonderful. Hacienda del Sol was a perfect escape. The place is an oasis from big, busy and beautiful resorts. If you are looking for a high end, quite place - this is a top choice.

For $500/ night I am not pleased. No one helped with my bags. I could hear the restaurant through the walls. The a/c was so loud I had to turn it off! Thank god it is winter! The sink was cracked when I arrived and there was no soap at the sink. Just crazy!
